> No trade windows this week. I'll process transactions Wednesday and
Thursday evenings.
> Any players for Philadelphia and Indianapolis get locked into place Thursday
morning at 10:30 EST. Lineups will be mailed a little after 11:00 EST on
Sunday.
With Week 14 come and gone, it's now time for the RAFFLE post-season! (Joy to
most of us...... :) )
A few reminders on how the post-season affects the draft order in August for
all three Leagues:
> As noted in Section 06 of the rules, the first draft pick goes to the
*winner* of the four-team tourney (record, points for, etc., are tie-
breakers).
> The remaining eight slots go to the other teams in the order in which the
teams drop out of the running for the Fantasy Bowl winner. (Normal tie-
breakers apply.)
> Also, the schedule has been determined and will be posted to the Site in the
next few weeks. (It'll be in the RAFFLE/1997 directory.)
** Don't forget to mail in proposals for the Competition Committee to consider
in the off-season. (We typically vote the weekend before the Superbowl.)
