I'm now starting to look at rules changes going into the '97 season. If there
is anything in the rules you'd like to be reviewed, let me know.

For those who haven't figured it out yet, RAFFLE is pretty close to being a
year-round league. This means that you'll need to keep an eye on your mailbox
for RAFFLE stuff. The spring is usually when RAFFLE goes out -- including the
rules for next season. The summer typically brings trades for players and
draft picks. (Don't forget that picks for the '97 and '98 drafts can be
traded.)

After barely receiving the minimum 24 votes needed, the issue for Week 17
lineups has been resolved. By a 15-10 decision, the Week 17 lineups are now
due at 20:00 EST on Fri Dec 20. (This will enable them to be mailed out that
evening.) The report will be mailed on Dec 27 or 28.

When indicating playoff potential I played things a little conservative,
figuring a range of 0-150 points per team per week and all losses to all wins
for the rest of the season.
