Don't forget about the four-week rule (Section 14 in the rules). I know that
some teams are locked into the playoffs and others are starting to be elimi-
nated, but we still need all owners active -- especially when trades are
trying to be done. Don't forget that draft picks for the '97 and '98 drafts
are acceptable in trades.........
When indicating playoff potential I played things a little conservative,
figuring a range of 0-150 points per team per week and all losses to all wins
for the rest of the season.
