FANTASY STATBASE '94 ==================== Fantasy StatBase '94 is a database utility program which contains individual NFL players' game-by-game perforance statistics for every offensive player, for every game played, over a three-year period. StatBase tracks rushing, receiving, and throwing yardage and Touchdowns scored for non-kickers, as well as field goals and extra points for all place kickers over the same 3-year period. Completely menu-driven, StatBase includes not only these detailed performance databases, but also contains a set of integrated query tools which can be used to build reports for any player in the database over an extremely wide range of possible reports. Fantasy StatBase '94 (FSB94) requires a PC, DOS 3.3, 512 KB RAM, and 1.2 MB Harddisk Space. To use, download FSB94.ZIP to your harddisk (preferably into a dedicated C:\STATBASE directory), and unzip using PKUNZIP 2.04g. (Installation instructions and technical notes may be found in the READ_ME.DOC file, which is included within FSB94.ZIP.) Besides tracking each players' game-by-game statistics, StatBase also tracks which team the player played against, the playing surface type (grass or turf), the location of the game, whether the game was played indoors or outdoors, and even whether the game was played at night. Each of these game-specific parameters can be searched against, and reports can easily be generated which can be used to cross-reference player performance against ANY of these variables. On top of all that, StatBase also has the capability to focus in on a specific game and generate a detailed report for that game, listing ALL players who participated and generated rushing, catching, throwing, or kicking stats. Fantasy StatBase '94 is SHAREWARE and may be freely distributed without modification. Registration information can be found in REGISTER.DOC, which is included within FSB94.ZIP. (The registration fee is $5.00.)
