We're down to the last week of our regular season..... then we're on to the playoffs. (If only the NFL were a little easier to figure out.) There's a single game this Thursday -- Baltimore and Cincy. If you've got a Raven or Bengal that you intend to start in Week 13, you need to let me know by 18:00 ET on Thursday. Again, if they're not declared in time, they'll be locked off the bench. The same exception stands if you have only one QB, K, or D -- I'll lock him into the lineup at the Thu lineup deadline since a full lineup is required each week. As a continuing reminder, I'm now posting the scoring breakdowns to the RAFFLE site with the weekly reports. Just go to the RAFFLE home page and click on the link for the 2006 Reports. I'm now accepting proposals for rules changes. (They'll be voted on in Jan/Feb during the week leading up to the Superbowl.)
