If you've got a proposal (or two) for a rules change, there's still a month
or so to get it in.

Rosters are locked until March 1.  The 2007 rules .pdf should go out sometime
in February.

With no RAFFLE action and the rosters locked, we'll be able to just sit back
and enjoy the Week 17 action.
