After power returns -- yup, still no power after six @%&#$*! days -- and I get settled from my week's wonderings, I'll be sending out the ballots for voting on the NFL MVP (from a RAFFLE perspective), RAFFLE All-pro team, the Sleeper of Year, and the Bust of the Year. (They're due with the Week 16 lineups on Dec 23.) The top three seeds are given to the division winners, with the rest seeded based on win percentage, wins, points for, etc. (The rules have the list of seven things used to determine seeding.)
