Off-season matters --
- ALL ROSTERS ARE NOW LOCKED until February 20.  Any transaction requests
  sent in before then will be rejected and returned.
- If anyone has any rules proposals for the January Competition Committee
  E-meeting, send them in.  I'll post them next.  The deadline for sub-
  missions is January 18, 2002, at 18:00 EST.  The results will be posted
  Superbowl weekend, sooner if the votes are received before then.
- If anyone won't be returning for the 2002 season, PLEASE let me know
  asap so that I can get a new owner in place quickly.
- The 2002 draft order and schedules will be posted in February.  (One of
  the rules proposals affects how the opponents are scheduled.)


The updated FFLM files for all four leagues have been posted to my space
on Vnet's web server.  (Links to the files are on the RAFFLE home page.)
