mailed in that haven't been posted yet.)  Any additional proposals for the
1999 Competition Committee e-meeting can be mailed to me.  One guideline
for all proposals: it must be a Yes-No vote for each -- makes tallying the
votes a whole lot easier. :) :)


The updated FFLM files for all four leagues have been posted to the FTP
portion of the site.
