All RAFFLE rosters are now frozen until February 1.  The draft order for all
four leagues will be posted to the Site next week.  (Traded draft picks will
be indicated at that time.)


The deadline for submitting proposals is 18:00 EST on January 16, 1998.  I'll
send the compiled proposals to the Competition Committee members that evening.
Votes will be due back the following Friday at 18:00 EST and the final '98
rules will be mailed and posted that weekend.


If you know someone interested in RAFFLE, have them check out the Site and
contact me if they're interested.  (The '98 rules will be posted to the Site
in mid-to-late January.)
