Another week, another loss...... :(

I hope those in the U.S. had a good Thanksgiving weekend.  I changed the
oil in the car and got the house back in order after September's little
water problem.  (Seems a lot of people take advantage of the four-day week-
end to take care of things around the home.)


I'm now accepting proposals for rules changes for the 1998 Competition Com-
mittee E-meeting (to be held in January).  I will try to post the proposals
to the Site as they make their way to the RAFFLE offices.


Because of a Thursday game, there will be no trade windows again this week.
Anyone with a Bengal or Oiler will need to declare the player's status by
18:00 EST Thursday.

Weeks 16 and 17 each have a pair of Saturday games.  This will move the
lineup deadline to Saturday at 10:30 am EST for the final two weeks of
RAFFLE's season.
