Work has finally slacked-off some and I'm now able to turn my attention back to the stuff on the 'net -- and other non-work things. We've got our first ownership turnover of the season (and there's another ownership in jeopardy). The team affected is Team 11 in League I (Hurons). The new owner is Christian Oertle (coertle@ix.netcom.com); the new name for the team is "Uncle Remus". I'm now accepting proposals for rules changes for the 1997-1998 Competition Committee E-meeting (to be held in January). I will try to post the pro- posals to the Site as they make their way to the RAFFLE offices. Because of Thursday games (incluing the annual Turkey Day games), there will be no trade windows for Weeks 14 and 15. Also, Weeks 16 and 17 each have a pair of Saturday games. This will move the lineup deadline to Saturday at 10:30 am EST for the final two weeks of RAFFLE's season.
