As you saw from the message I mailed Tuesday morning, my week got off to a rather soggy start. At this point I haven't decided if I would have been better off if my townhouse had a "normal" layout. (The layout I've got has the both bedrooms downstairs and the living room, kitchen, etc., upstairs.) My take is that the only paper-based stuff I'd've lost were the three boxes I have by my dining room table for the cats to play in. Instead, with all the carpeting in the bedrooms and hallway still wet I have to wear something on my feet to keep them dry. I'm already planning on relocating most of my computing stuff to the dining room table until after the new carpeting is installed....... Even with all of this fun, I still managed to watch most of Monday Night Football -- especially the great fourth quarter. (I wish I was a fly on the wall in Oakland's locker room after that game. :) ) I should be able to process all pending transactions tonight. With some of the activities in damage assessment and further prevention, I may not be able to process additional transactions until Saturday. (I'll try to get them done earlier, but no promises.)
