Week 3 saw a couple of really good quality blowouts -- one in League I and one
in League III.  To judge how good your team is doing, you should probably be
averaging about 70-80 ppg.  If you aren't, then it's time to start looking at
the free agent market to bolster your team.

Speaking of free agency, this week starts the usage of trade windows -- check
the rules for details.  (If this still doesn't answer your questions, ask one
of the rules committee members.)

At this point I'd like to acknowledge the Bloody Cannibals of League III.  In
the first three weeks, they've racked up 364 points (a 121.3 ppg avg).  Every-
one playing Derek (which is most of League III) better hope they hit him on an
off week -- if there is such a thing. :)
