For those uninformed individuals, Charlotte did indeed get one of the new
franchises--the other is to be awarded Nov. 30.

I have decided to keep that WR from Cleveland as "Michael Jackson". If he
changes it again (and holds it that way for two straight weeks), I'I1 change
it again. I think I got all rosters and lineups fixed, but let me know if you
spot a "Dyson" anywhere.

Between now and Thanksgiving, I won't be as responsive to E-mail. I've got a
couple of projects that are due in the coming weeks and I'm trying to get them
finished. As a result the weekly reports may be rolled out Tuesday afternoons
or early evenings instead of in the mornings. However, I'11 still be monitor-
ing my mailbox at least once or twice a day as time permits.

The blowout of the week goes to the League I matchup between the Obliterators
and Bookies (who previously scord 78 points). The Obliterators won 45-23.

This week's heart-breaker goes to the 69ers--see below.

There is no longer an undefeated team in RAFFLE. The 69ers finally lost their
first game of the year getting bombed by Bombers 29-26. The Bombers were
assisted by Reed's TD Monday night and the ineffectiveness of Rypien (who got
picked-off FOUR times--and the 69ers QB).
